San Diego native and avid waterman Trevor Wessman-Lavelle has been working with some of the world's most iconic, consumer-passionate lifestyle brands and consulting agencies for nearly 20 years. His roles have focused on creating and communicating authentic stories that every brand must tell to draw an emotional connection to the customer that not only motivates purchase but inspires fierce loyalty and willing advocacy. Trevor has helped brands and businesses develop their personalities, voices and messaging, and design and execute strategies for campaigns across all consumer contact points including events, promotions, advertising, brand experience and social media. When he's not working you can usually find him somewhere in, on or near the water, or spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Brian Murphy took a leap of faith into the hospitality industry fifteen years ago and took notes along the way. He has intimate knowledge of what it takes to be successful in the business and teaches a restaurant-driven curriculum in the Culinary Arts class at San Diego High School. His interests in photography helped with marketing in the restaurant business and eventually led to the beginnings of a photography and consulting business, Living in the Details.
